Welcome Workout/Induction


This is our answer to the traditional Induction, we want to take your through a series of cardio and resistance machines, showing you how to use them, get them set up for yourself and give you a chance to try it with one of our coaches assisting you.


If you are a more experienced gym goer you may already be familiar with some of the more common machines, so let us show you some of the plate loaded kit we have that you may not have seen before!

Boditrax Induction


Your first Boditrax body composition scan is complimentary as part of your Welcome Package.

Book in with one of the team to start tracking your progress and find out exactly what your total weight is made up of.

There's so much confusing information out there that can make it feel impossible.


With a training programme we will give you a structure to follow that covers; what exercises, in what order, how many reps, how may sets and how much rest. 


It's all stored within our Dream fitness App for you to log and see your progress over the coming months.




Complimentary Personal Training Taster Session


Run through a 60 minute personal training taster session, in this time you can learn some new exercises, perfect your technique of a compound lift, or be put through your paces and work up a good sweat!
